Easy Seafood Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 pound smoked andouille sausage
  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined, and/or crawfish tails and/or crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a heavy pot. Sauté diced onions and garlic until wilted.
  2. Sauté sausage.
  3. Add shrimp, crab meat and/or crawfish and Cajun seasoning. Cook down for approximately 7 minutes.
  4. Add green onions and rice.
