Toast of the Coast Shrimp Ball
Ingredients
- 6 1/2 ounces boiled shrimp
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon Cajun spice
- Dash of hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- Parsley
- Chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Chop shrimp well or use a food processor.
- Mix all ingredients, except parsley and nuts.
- Place mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours or until stiff.
- Roll mixture into a ball.
- Mix parsley and nuts together and coat shrimp ball.
- Refrigerate.
