Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled
- Small bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
Instructions
- Steam potatoes until soft. Mash.
- Cook the green onions in milk for 5 minutes.
- Beat this mixture into the mashed potatoes until all is smooth. Add salt and pepper if desired.
- Mound on plates and top with butter.
