Saint Patrick's Day Recipes
Luck of the Irish Stew
This is a traditional St. Patrick's Day dish.
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 Irish potatoes, chopped
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 1 can corned beef
- 2 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large saucepan and cook over medium heat until potatoes and carrots are tender.
