Buttermint Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) box lime jello
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 package buttermints (about 1 cup), coarsely crushed or chopped
Instructions
- Mix together the dry jello, pineapple with juice and marshmallows.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Two to three hours before serving, fold in buttermints and Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
Notes
Very sweet, but delicious!
