Green Velvet
Ingredients
- 1 small box lime gelatin
- 1 small box lemon gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small container cottage cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool gelatin mixture and add other ingredients,
adding lemon juice last.
- Pour into a 9 inch square glass serving dish.
- Refrigerate to congeal.
- Cut into squares to serve.
