Orange Sherbet Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes orange gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped, or 2 cups nondairy frozen topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add orange sherbet.
  3. When partially set, add other ingredients, folding in whipped cream last.
  4. Chill until firm.
