Pink Hawaii Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small box strawberry gelatin
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 can Milnot
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat pineapple, gelatin, marshmallows and water until marshmallows melt.
  2. Chill well.
  3. Add a little milk to cream cheese and mix well.
  4. Whip Milnot and add cheese.
  5. Add pineapple mixture.
  6. Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup nuts.
  7. Chill overnight.
