Pink Hawaii Salad
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 small box strawberry gelatin
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 can Milnot
- 16 large marshmallows
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup nuts
- Heat pineapple, gelatin, marshmallows and water until marshmallows melt.
- Chill well.
- Add a little milk to cream cheese and mix well.
- Whip Milnot and add cheese.
- Add pineapple mixture.
- Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup nuts.
- Chill overnight.
