Sauerkraut Jell-O

Ingredients

• 1 small box gelatin (any flavor)
• 1 1/2 cups sauerkraut, chopped
• 1 cup cooked carrots, mashed
• 1 teaspoon water

Instructions

1. Make gelatin according to package directions.
2. Before gelatin firms, add sauerkraut, carrots and water.
3. Chill until firm.
