Yellow Jell-O Salad
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 2 large boxes lemon gelatin
- 6 cups boiling water
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
- Add lemonade; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until gelatin is thickened, but not set, about 2 hours.
- Beat in the Cool Whip. Pour into a large mold.
- Refrigerate overnight.
