Yellow Jell-O Salad

Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 large boxes lemon gelatin
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
  2. Add lemonade; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until gelatin is thickened, but not set, about 2 hours.
  3. Beat in the Cool Whip. Pour into a large mold.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
