Dilled Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Rinse with cold water; drain again.
- Add onion, celery, green pepper and carrots; toss.
- Mix remaining ingredients and gently stir this mixture into the pasta mixture.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving to develop flavors.
