Best French Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• Garlic salt, to taste
• 1 tablespoon celery seed
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients well and keep chilled.
