Franks with a relish made with sauerkraut, onion, pepper, brown sugar, vinegar and celery seed.

Franks with Sauerkraut Relish

Ingredients

  • Pam® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups drained sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Hebrew National® Quarter Pound Beef Franks, heated

Instructions

  1. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Heat over medium heat.
  3. Add pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in sauerkraut, brown sugar, vinegar and celery seed. Heat through.
  5. Serve franks with the sauerkraut relish.

Yield: 4 servings (1 frank and 1/2 cup relish each)
