Chocolate Syrup
Yield: about 1 pint
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Refrigerate.
