Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 cups (500 mL) cornstarch
- 1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered.
