Steak Tenderizer
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dark vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Durkee smoked salt
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Combine ingredients; place steaks in it for 24 hours in refrigerator, covered.
- Drain well; broil or cook on grill.
