Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Break off tough ends of asparagus and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another minute until cheese melts.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
