Sherried Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
Instructions
- Cook the mushrooms in the butter until tender.
- Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with salt and parsley serve.
