Lobster Stew
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat
- 1 quart milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Dash of cayenne
Instructions
- Heat butter in small skillet; sauté lobster meat for about 5 minutes.
- Scald milk in saucepan; season with salt, paprika, pepper and cayenne.
- Add lobster meat; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let stand for several minutes before serving.
