North Woods Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
• 2 teaspoons garlic salt
• 3 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons Tabasco
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 pound butter
• 3/4 pound finely grated Cheddar cheese
• 3 ounces Romano cheese. grated

Instructions

1. Mix with electric mix until well blended.
2. Spread on bread and place until broiler until bubbly and lightly browned.
