Make these family-pleasing sandwiches even more quickly by using 1 cup prepared barbecue sauce for the Zesty Barbecue Sauce and 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef from the deli, cut into strips. Heat the barbecue sauce just to boiling, and stir in the beef.
Use 3 (2 1/2 ounce) packages sliced cooked chicken, ham, turkey or pastrami, cut into 1-inch strips, for the beef.
