Hot Pockets
Yield: about 15
Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls (8 in each can), divided
- 1/4 pound hard salami
- 1/4 pound provolone cheese
- 1/4 pound ham
- 1/4 pound Swiss cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Separate 1 can of crescent rolls and lay in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, pinching seams together.
- Layer meat and cheese in order given above over the crescent layer.
- Beat eggs and Parmesan cheese together.
- Pour over layers.
- Top with remaining can of crescents.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cut into small squares.
