Fajita Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 pounds skirt steaks (fajitas)
- 3/4 cup Mexican lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Halve the skirt steaks lengthwise.
- Mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate skirt steaks for no more than 1 hour.
- Grill the skirt steaks slowly over mesquite.
