Carne Asada Marinade

This Carne Asada Marinade will marinate 3 to 4 pounds of skirt steak.

Ingredients

• 1 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 6 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

1. Marinate beef overnight in the refrigerator in a one-gallon size zip-top bag.
