Tahini with Parsley and Lemon
Yield: about 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup Italian parsley, roughly chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with steel blade, puree tahini, lemon juice and garlic until smooth. If tahini is too thick, add a few tablespoons of water.
- Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste and pulse until blended.
- Adjust seasonings and serve.
