Turmeric and Nutmeg Rice
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ginger juice
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to boil in saucepan, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is puffed.
- Let rice cool before molding.
