Badam Kulfi (Ice Cream with Almonds)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 16 ounces whipping cream
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds in warm water; peel and blend.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whipping cream and sugar; mix thoroughly.
  3. Add cardamom powder; mix again.
  4. Put mixture into small single serving dishes.
  5. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours and serve.
