Mango Lassi (Sweetened Yogurt Drink)
Yield: about 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (use sugar substitute if desired)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in blender and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve chilled.
