Sushi Rice
Yield: 5 cups rice
Ingredients
- 5 cups rice
- 5 cups water
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar dressing
Instructions
- Cook the rice and water in a rice cooker.
- Put the rice in a large bowl and gently mix in 1/2 cup vinegar dressing.
- Cover bowl with a wet cloth and let the rice cool to room temperature.
- Use within 6 hours.
