Salsa Verde (Green Salsa)
Ingredients
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 handful cilantro
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Water (optional)
Instructions
- Put first six ingredients into a blender or food processor and process, adding just enough water to make it the consistency desired. If salsa is too thick, add a little water to thin.
