Salsa Verde (Green Salsa)

Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put first six ingredients into a blender or food processor and process, adding just enough water to make it the consistency desired. If salsa is too thick, add a little water to thin.
