Olive Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 (8 to 12 ounce) wheel of Brie
- 1/4 cup Lindsay Queen Olives Stuffed with Garlic, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup Lindsay Queen Olives Stuffed with Pimiento, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup Lindsay Kalamata Olives, sliced in half lengthwise
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 sprigs thyme
- Pinch of chili flakes (1/8 teaspoon)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt (1/8 teaspoon)
- Baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the bottom of an oven safe dish and place the cheese on top.
- Top with sliced olives, sliced garlic and thyme sprigs.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil over the cheese and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes.
- Bake Brie for 15 minutes, until the cheese softens and melts.
- Serve immediately with sliced baguette.
