Ingredients
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips + more for garnish
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- Chopped pistachios (optional)
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
Instructions
- Chop chocolate chips..
- In a bowl, add sugar, ricotta cheese, vanilla extract and chocolate. Stir until well blended..
- Fold in Cool Whip and chopped pistachios, if desired..
- Sprinkle with additional chocolate..
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving..
- Serve with fruit or Graham crackers..
