Cherry Cheesecake Dip

A cool creamy dip which is especially good using Nilla wafers as dippers.

Cherry Cheesecake Dip

Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow Creme or Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cherry pie filling*
  • Dippers: Nilla wafers, Graham crackers or sugar cookies

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and use a hand mixer or an electric mixer to beat.
  2. Add the Marshmallow Creme or Marshmallow Fluff and beat again to combine.
  3. In a shallow serving bowl, add the prepared mixture and top with cherry pie filling.
  4. Serve with dippers of your choice, or save it for later as a make ahead dessert and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

* Blueberry or strawberry pie filling may be substituted. It's all good!
