Crunchy Glazed Tortellini

Crunchy Glazed Tortellini is a delightfully different way to serve tortellini as an appetizer.

Crunchy Glazed Tortellini recipe

Yield: 4 to 6 appetizer servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle Heinz® Chili Sauce, divided
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Pour frozen tortellini into pan.
  3. Combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, hot sauce, half the cranberry sauce and half the chili sauce in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour sauce over tortellini and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tortellini are crunchy and glazed.
  6. Combine mayonnaise with remaining cranberry sauce and remaining chili sauce in a bowl.
  7. Serve tortellini on wooden picks with dipping sauce.
