Pigs in Bacon Blankets
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 6 thick slices bacon
- 18 cocktail sausages
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Stretch each bacon slice with the back of a knife and cut each into three pieces.
- Wrap a piece of bacon tightly round each sausage and put on to a baking tray ready for baking.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked and crisp.
