Pigs in Bacon Blankets recipe

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 thick slices bacon
  • 18 cocktail sausages

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Stretch each bacon slice with the back of a knife and cut each into three pieces.
  3. Wrap a piece of bacon tightly round each sausage and put on to a baking tray ready for baking.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked and crisp.
