Roquefort Walnut Spread
Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted walnuts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese
- 2 to 3 tablespoons cream
Instructions
- Chop walnuts.
- With an electric mixer, blend cream cheese with Roquefort cheese. Add enough cream to give mixture a spreading consistency.
- Add nuts and mix to combine.
- Serve with apple and pear slices, grapes and crackers.
