Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 onions, chopped
  • Ham bone or ham hock
  • 1 bag soup beans
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash beans.
  2. Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer until beans are done.
  3. Serve with corn bread.
