Tropical Smoothie
Yield: 2 (16 ounce) servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small orange, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 strawberries
Instructions
- In blender combine yogurt, crushed pineapple, oranges and ice at high speed and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour mixture into 2 (16 ounce) glasses. Sprinkle top of drink with cinnamon; garnish with strawberries.
- Serve immediately.
