Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm in saucepan.
Combine cottage cheese, yeast, sugar, eggs, baking soda and salt in bowl. Stir
in enough flour to make a soft dough. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease surface.
Let rise, covered, in warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
Punch dough down. Divide into 2 portions. Shape each portion into 12 rolls. Roll
in additional flour. Place in two greased 8-inch baking pans.
