Tunnel of Fudge Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 box fudge frosting mix
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- Confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour* a Bundt pan.
- In mixer, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add flour and frosting mix, then nuts. Do not over-beat.
- Pour into pan and bake for one hour. The top of the cake should rise and be shiny.
- Let cool.
- Dust with confectioners' sugar.
