Tunnel of Fudge Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 box fudge frosting mix
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • Confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour* a Bundt pan.
  2. In mixer, cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs and beat well.
  4. Add flour and frosting mix, then nuts. Do not over-beat.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for one hour. The top of the cake should rise and be shiny.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
