Maple Butter Icing
Yield: frosts two 8 inch layers
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend butter and sugar.
- Add syrup and beat until well blended and fluffy.
