Chocolate Caramel Walnut Fudge
Yield: 2 pounds
Ingredients
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
- Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla extract.
- Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
- Chill for 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into small pieces.
