Rainbow Marshmallow Fudge
- 3 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups colored miniature marshmallows
- Melt chocolate chips with butter, sweetened condensed milk and salt.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in miniature marshmallows.
- Spread evenly onto parchment paper-lined 8-inch square pan.
- Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares.
