Saltine Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 sleeve saltines, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place the sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan and heat on medium until it starts to boil. Stir occasionally. Once it starts to boil, boil for 1 minute only and remove from heat.
  2. Stir in peanut butter, saltines and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan and chill.
  4. Cut into bite-size pieces.
