Vanilla Fudge
Yield: 2 1/2 pounds
Ingredients
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 12 ounces vanilla chips
- 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
Instructions
- Mix sugar, butter and milk in heavy pan. Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla chips and Marshmallow Creme. Stir until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a buttered jellyroll pan and chill until set.
Notes
Fudge is easier to cut before it gets cold.
