Corned Beef Casserole

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corned beef, cooked and shredded, or 1 can corned beef
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish. Mix well.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
