Liver Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound liver
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk or water
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Cut liver into 1 1/2 x 2 inch strips. Flour, season and brown.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and place in a casserole.
  3. Place liver on top.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or more.
