Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 to 8 ounce) ​can crab meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until hot and bubbly. About five minutes before the casserole is done, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
