Bugaboo Creek Smashed Potatoes

Here's how I was told they were done (asked one of the cooks I know).


  1. Boil the red potatoes whole till soft. Drain water.
  2. Add heavy cream, butter, salt, and garlic powder and smash them.

Sorry I don't know the measurements, but I judge it to taste and by diggy they taste just like them.
