Dollywood Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes

• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 stick melted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup coconut
• 1/3 stick melted butter

Instructions

1. Combine first six ingredients and place in baking dish.
2. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
